Good view of the city.
To get into the hotel, you have to walk up 4 floors of a multi story carpark. Then through a fast food hall. Then up a few more floor in a lift, then you'r at the lobby. - very tiring doing this a few times a day. Very Noisy, as there is a club on the floor below. Which didn't close until early morning. No welcome pack/ instruction manual in the room.
One of the hotels best perks is a very good fitness and spa departement a couple of floors down.
The location of the hotel is not so good, and it is hard to get to. The staff is sitting in the hallways straing and laughing as you pass. Our shower flooded the first day - and later the same day our bathroom door got stuck and we had to change room on our own request after bring told to just use the room as normal without closing the bathroom door. We felt badly treated by the staff and got no compensation for our trubbles. One rescetionist was Nice. We do not recommended this hotel.
Good value for money. Clean room and in a central area. Would stay there again. Close to Capitol bus station which is good if travelling to/from other parts of Cambodia.
Entrance to the hotel can be difficult. It's on top of a market and entrance via the market is closed when the market is closed so in the evening, the entrance is through the circular parking ramp which is an accident-waiting- to-happen if vehicles are speeding by. Room also doesn't have windows.
room and hotel were pretty clean
very difficult to find, you have to pass through 2 floors of very shabby, run down market building, which may be (especially at night) quite challenging. once you do, you will be surprised to find there a hotel of quite a western quality. they also wanted to charge us for a minibar, but didn't have change even for a few dollars, however they sorted it out by not charging anything from minibar. except for this the hotel is of a very good standard.
Air con, thick duvet cover, fridge, tv and thats about it really....
Location is ridiculous, it is on the top of some market and it took us over half an hr to find it. It is made to seem like the spa and gym are included in the price...they are not. We used these facilities then were made to pay afterwards. Room was not cleaned so had to go and ask when i returned in the evening for it to be which i had to wait another half hour for. All in all, our stay there wasnt great, it doesnt feel like a hotel more a headache.
staff very helpful, good massage facility and gym
This room was on the 2nd level and was 3 times worse as the rooms on the 3rd level
5 star quality room but i think we had an upgrade because second time we get a completely different room. staff went to buy a internet cable because no wifi in the room available. staff let me print the booking on their PC
The hotel is very difficult to find. No lift from streetlevel, you need to walk all the way up to the parking area!
The staff wsa friendly, although only the one or two employees at reception spoke some English
The room was somewhat run down, the shower drain didn't work and no one came to fix it after I informed them, the maid service didn't clean my room, the location involved a daily hike up four levels of a parking garage just to reach the entrance
clean rooms, very kind hotel staff, the hotel is very near the bus station,so you can go to others cities by bus easily.
it is very difficult to find even for taxi driver, may be there is a high pub under the hothel, the room is some noisy.
The room was very spacious.
Access to the hotel was very poor if on foot. For the foreign traveler it is very off putting. The ambience of the hotel was eerie!
Very nice room; spotless, comfortable and nice-looking. The hotel seems very new.
Difficult to find, no direct street access... Seems as if the practical issues are not all yet in working order (1/2011). No marked exits or fire-escape routes in corridors or from rooms. Staff is friendly but the guest occassionally left a bit clueless.
Good choice by many reasons and for many purposes.Difficult acces to the hotel is not very serious problem.Thanks.
Our stay was overall good. Room was extremly big, bathroom with bath and shover. But it is hard to fing the hotel -is on roof of market and entrance is throught foodcourt - no signs for hotel, so we had to ask. Staff quite good. Breakfast - choice of 3 same meals each day. Spa with massage is good - one hour body massage for 6$. Good location in centre of city.
Promised us pick-up from airport and no one showed. So we had to take a taxi.
Nothing except fast internet in my room, my friends had a deluxe room upgrade but couldn't access wifi !!
This is hotel is dead in the water, empty, run down, hard to find, depressing, unfriendly, not atmosphere, a long walk from the street that is dangerous as its a circular car ramp (not footpath) to the Car Park. Breakfast was terrible! Dont go !! Bookings.com you should not recommend this hotel.
poor location poor service no wifi in the room room quite dusty breakfast included but need to argue to prove it was included
no wifi in the room staff speak little English, tuk-tuk's drivers speaks English better.
